Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery for unused, unwashed pieces with original tags and packaging intact.

To start a return or exchange, reach out via the Contact page or WhatsApp with your order number.

Pieces that are worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or missing tags cannot be returned or exchanged.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned piece.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect piece, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number — we'll make it right.
